About the Role
Layer3, a leading enterprise network and ICT solutions provider in Nigeria, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing & Revenue Assurance Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will safeguard our revenue streams by ensuring end-to-end process completeness, accurate billing, data integrity, and optimal cost management from sales through collection.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end customer invoice generation and multi-channel delivery process in line with contractual agreements.
- Oversee the Revenue Assurance module on the ERP and administer the institutional credit policy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to resolve billing queries and reconcile client accounts.
- Track and report connectivity activities, including link activations, upgrades, downgrades, and terminations.
- Monitor debt balances, drive collections, and compute customer credit notes for downtime experiences.
- Conduct regular financial audits, implement control settings, and identify loopholes to share risk aversion and cost-saving methods.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in revenue assurance, billing processes, and audit functions.
- Must possess professional accounting certification (ACA or ACCA).
- Strong understanding of industry-specific product lines, performance criteria, and technical solutions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
