About the Role
Dexterous Applied Training Institute (DATI) is an industry-certified training and consultancy institute committed to closing skill gaps and driving technology transfer across key Nigerian economic sectors, including Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, and Banking. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, driven Bid and Tender Officer to support our ambitious business expansion and revenue goals by leading our tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor e-procurement portals including NipeX and NAPIMS daily to identify relevant RFQ, RFP, EOI, and prequalification opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive bid-compliance matrices and write compelling technical and commercial proposals articulating DATI's value proposition.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Training, Finance, Operations, HSE, Legal, and HR teams to gather necessary operational credentials and pricing structures.
- Maintain a secure repository of updated corporate certificates including NCEC, BPP, ITF, NSITF, PENCOM, Tax clearances, and CAC assets for error-free submissions.
- Manage client clarifications, track win/loss outcomes, maintain the CRM sales pipeline, and monitor statutory document renewal timelines.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Second Class Upper or HND in Upper Credit from a reputable institution in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in technical and commercial bid writing, RFQ/RFP compilation, and e-procurement portal navigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling NipeX, NAPIMS, public sector, and private sector tenders in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in creating bid-compliance matrices, commercial cost estimation, and document control.
- Advanced analytical thinking with exceptional technical writing and Microsoft Office skills.
