About the Role
Ziba Beach Resort, Nigeria's first overwater beach resort, is seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our world-class spa team. In this role, you will provide luxurious treatments that inspire relaxation and help our guests create lasting memories in a breathtaking coastal environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional facial treatments, including skin cleansing, exfoliation, massage, and mask application tailored to individual skin types.
- Provide expert manicure and pedicure services, including nail care, exfoliation, moisturising, and precise polish application.
- Execute rejuvenating body scrub treatments to improve skin texture and promote deep relaxation.
- Conduct thorough guest consultations to understand preferences, assess skincare needs, and identify contraindications.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all treatment areas and equipment.
- Recommend appropriate spa treatments, retail skincare products, and personalized aftercare routines.
- Promote spa services and packages proactively to support departmental revenue goals.
- Monitor inventory levels of treatment supplies and report stock requirements to management.
- Proven professional experience as a Beauty Therapist in a luxury spa, resort, or high-end salon environment.
- Relevant certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or beauty therapy.
- Exceptional knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and massage techniques.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
