About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul (AMO) Technician to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing top-tier maintenance and repair services to our field locations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and project success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming oilfield equipment and machinery.
- Perform complex and difficult technical tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
- Identify and communicate technical problems efficiently using logical troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior technicians in areas of proven competence.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies and procedures at all times.
- Minimum of an HND in an Electrical or Mechanical engineering field.
- Strong knowledge of fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, and electro-mechanical devices.
- At least 2 years of maintenance-related experience in an electro-mechanical function.
- Advanced skills in soldering and assembling complex electro-mechanical devices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
- Proficiency in using multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers, and measurement equipment.
- Advanced computer skills and a commitment to formal maintenance practices.
