About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning university by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in Abuja, Nigeria, is seeking a diligent and experienced Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor. This position is based in New-Bussa, Niger State, and plays a crucial role in maintaining high academic standards during our examination periods.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical and operational execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to university examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by all candidates.
- Supervise the conduct of examinations actively to prevent and deter any forms of examination malpractice.
- Assist in the secure distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports on examination conduct and attendance to the management team.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Relevant technical experience and strong computer and web operating skills for CBT environments.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in New-Bussa, Niger State.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Possess a high level of personal integrity, accountability, and strict attention to duty.
