About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor to join our team in Funtua, Katsina State. In this vital temporary role, you will uphold academic integrity and ensure the smooth administration of computer-based examinations for our distance learning students.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor computer-based testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical and logistical execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all institutional examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by candidates.
- Supervise the examination hall proactively to prevent any form of examination malpractice or irregularity.
- Assist efficiently in the distribution, coordination, and collection of examination materials and digital assets.
- Compile and submit comprehensive, accurate reports on the conduct and outcome of each examination session.
- Must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution with relevant academic or administrative experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision, proctoring, or invigilation within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Funtua, Katsina State, or its immediate environs.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based operating systems and CBT platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, observational, and time-management skills with a high level of personal integrity.
