About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as an Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor in Bauchi. In this vital role, you will uphold the highest standards of academic integrity by overseeing computer-based testing (CBT) and ensuring that all university examination protocols are strictly followed in a secure and orderly environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations seamlessly to ensure a smooth testing process.
- Ensure strict adherence to all university examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by candidates.
- Supervise and monitor the entire conduct of examinations proactively to prevent any form of malpractice.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports on examination conduct and incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution with relevant academic or administrative experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Bauchi.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications and CBT platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity, accountability, and unwavering attention to duty.
